Inside Look: Mid-MO Dents Shop Setup for Window Tinting
Hey, it’s Andy with Mid-MO Dents! I’m here at the shop in Jefferson City, Missouri, giving you an inside look at our window tinting setup. Our office is designed to inform customers about our services like paintless dent repair, ceramic coating, and of course, window tinting. We keep pricing transparent and showcase the difference between no tint, carbon, and ceramic tints with a heat demo box.
In our tint bay, we’ve got a vertical storage setup for film to maximize space efficiency. We use high-tech ceramic and carbon films from a supplier that guarantees lifetime warranties. Our Graphtec plotter cuts precise film patterns, improving speed and reducing waste.
Shop Tools and Efficiency
We’ve streamlined our process by keeping tools organized and accessible. With two tanks—one for spraying the board and one for windows—we limit movement, making the workflow faster. We also plan to add a hose reel and potentially install an airline regulator to maintain consistent pressure during tinting.
Our shop has a reverse osmosis system for purified water, cutting down on contamination during installation. The clean floor design and sealed front bay further reduce dirt, making for a better final product. Even our lighting setup helps us spot imperfections quickly during shrinking or dent repairs.
